CAVEPRAY

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-11-02 · Privacy Policy · CavePray

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of CavePray (cavepray.com), operated by GoldSaju ("we"). By signing in or entering a room you agree to them.

2. The service

CavePray offers online 3D prayer and meditation spaces and:

  • Personal sanctuaries with invitations, and organization rooms
  • Meditation, contemplation, a private journal, letters to yourself, and cave-habit records — transcription, mottos and wall drawings
  • Sharing and following cave habits
  • Memorial caves
  • Questions answered with an AI draft reviewed by a host, and 1:1 sessions
  • Support for room keepers and offerings to organizations
  • A prayer library, background music and decoration

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google and must be at least 14. Payments and support are for people aged 19 or older. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for activity under it.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refunds follow Korean e-commerce law and our refund policy (/legal#refund). Digital content you have started using may not be cancellable, as stated before payment.

6. Transactions between users

For questions and sessions (hosts), cave-habit follows (recorders) and support for room keepers, we act as an intermediary, not a party to the transaction. Those who provide answers or habits are responsible for them.

Our fees: questions 30% (15% for a new host's first 3 months), sessions 25%, cave-habit follows 5–15% (set by the operator and shown before paying), keeper support 1% as an operating contribution (card fees on CavePray checkout tips are passed through at cost), organization offerings 3%. We announce changes before they take effect.

Earnings we pay are settled monthly after Korean income and local taxes are withheld as the law requires. Tax information is needed before your first payout.

7. AI answers and readings

Answers to questions are generated by AI and may be reviewed by the host. Saju, tarot and astrology are for reflection and entertainment and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. In an emergency call your local emergency number or a crisis line (Korea 109, US 988).

8. Cave habits and giving

The cave-habit journey (3 days, 100 days, 1 year, 3 years) is a philosophy to support a daily habit of looking at your heart; it does not promise a particular result.

We give part of what we receive from our own products to organizations whose donation route we have confirmed, and publish every transfer at /giving. We are the donor; buyers do not receive donation receipts.

9. Your content

You own what you create. Your journal, letters and private records are visible only to you.

Habit records, works and room decoration you choose to make public may be shown within the service free of charge; making them private stops that.

Upload only pictures and recordings you made or have the right to share. Ripping audio from YouTube is not allowed.

10. Conduct

  • Impersonating people or organizations
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech or illegal content
  • Collecting or exposing others' personal information
  • Pressuring people to pay with promised results or fear
  • Extracting, copying or redistributing the service or its 3D assets
  • Disrupting the service

We may remove content, restrict use or suspend accounts that break these rules; hosts may remove participants from their rooms.

11. Liability

We are not liable for damage without our intent or negligence, such as natural disasters or your network. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Leaving

Delete your account any time from My rooms → Delete account. Information we must keep by law is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

Effective 2026-11-02. We announce changes in the service 7 days before they take effect (30 days for unfavourable changes).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
